Our History

Hope Women’s Center is a private organization that has been serving women and partners since 1992. We desire to empower women and their partners to be able to make the best decisions for their lives with the most up-to-date and accurate information.

Love, acceptance, freedom, and compassion will be what is found at Hope Women’s Center every day. You will be listened to with respect and offered as much support as you need. Ongoing support is available in accordance with your needs and desires. You may choose to discontinue services at any time.

Our Mission

To preserve life by providing comprehensive support for unexpected pregnancies and family care by application of the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Our Vision

To share the Gospel of Christ and to offer such services and resources as may be necessary to empower women, men, and families with the practical, emotional, and spiritual support they need to face pregnancy and other related issues and to otherwise educate and influence the community to promote the sanctity of human life and positive sexual health. We partner with other organizations in the community to help our clients in other areas of their lives.

Our Approach

Hope Women’s Center’s goal is to enable women to carry their babies until birth by providing emotional and practical assistance at no charge. The staff and volunteers at Hope Women’s Center never advise, provide, or refer a client for an abortion or abortifacients.

Clients will be treated with love and compassion. Their stories will be listened to with respect and courtesy. They will be given ongoing support in accordance with their needs and desires. They can choose to discontinue our services at any time.

Hope Women’s Center is structured on the guidelines and resources developed by Heartbeat International, a worldwide, Life-Affirming, Christian organization. Our Board of Directors guide the center.  The ministry is supported and funded by individuals, churches, and the local community.
